A

You don't have to go to the DMV for the Title and Plates, competitive rates, and you can click PREQUALIFY to avoid a hard credit check.

8
How would I go about servicing the District? Question submitted by Paul F.
A

We can coordinate any battery issues and fix them with over-the-air software updates; if it's a mechanical issue, we'll arrange shipping. For other issues, like tires, you can take it to a local shop. A professional can give an opinion, and most shops can repair it while you wait.

9
How does the anti-theft mode work? Question submitted by Ferdinand R.
A

The District can still be rolled, but even if someone tries to hot wire it or bypass the key, it will not start. You will also be notified by text if someone does try to roll it. The app also tracks the bike so it can always be located. https://youtu.be/YKYxIdGajeE?feature=shared
