The new District ADV combines the District's simplicity and minimalism with throwback rally raid-style aesthetics and a lightweight maneuverability that is unmatched in today's market. The District ADV, like the rest of the District lineup, is fully street legal! We developed this motorcycle to be ready for on and off-road adventures thanks to new, fully adjustable long-travel suspension and lace-spoke wheels, creating a true dual-sport machine.
These aren’t the only features that set the District ADV apart from the rest of the District lineup, or indeed from the rest of the electric motorcycle market. We’re here to break it down for you and explain what makes the District ADV as incredibly capable and adventurous as it is. And don’t worry, it still retains that built-in-Cleveland high-quality flavor.
LAND Enduro Evolution Motor
The freshly redesigned LAND Enduro Evolution drivetrain features a new internal permanent magnet motor with integrated gear reduction box, allowing it to produce more speed, power, torque, and efficiency than ever. With 345nm of torque on tap, this is the most aggressive motor LAND has ever produced. The Enduro Evolution motor improves what is already the most efficient electric motorcycle in its class with more torque and efficiency across the entire rev range. With all-new motor controls, this drivetrain will allow a LAND District even more miles of range. The Enduro Evolution now integrates regenerative braking, reverse, and more.
LAND X Spoke Wheels
External spoked motorcycle wheels are better for off-road and rough terrain because their flexible, multi-point design absorbs impacts by bending and flexing, preventing catastrophic breaks possible with rigid cast aluminum wheels. LAND X Spoke tubeless wheels offer superior durability, easier long-term repair (replacing individual spokes), and classic style. These features make them ideal for adventure and dirt riding.
Unlike traditional spoked wheels, LAND X Spoke wheels are truly tubeless. By using crossover spokes that don’t protrude into the tire cavity, you won’t need any extra maintenance, seals, tape, or glue. X Spoke wheels have fewer failure points and won’t leave its riders with a surprise flat.
More Ground Clearance
The LAND Moto District ADV was built from the ground up with more ground clearance for obstacles, improved off-road ergonomics, and greater suspension travel. New fully adjustable forks and rear coil over shocks provide 7.5 inches of travel in front and 4 inches at the rear, with nine full inches of ground clearance. As an added benefit, this three-inch higher bike (36-inch static seat height) provides an improved view to spot obstacles on the trail ahead. Added ground clearance prevents scraping on rocks, logs, and uneven terrain, and the ADV's new aluminum bash guard provides protection for the chassis. While the District has always been trail capable, the new ADV model enhances its off-road worthiness.
LAND Gust Buster Bodywork
With a new adventure fairing and windshield, the LAND Moto District ADV provides excellent rider protection against wind, rain, tree limbs, rocks, and trail debris. With this new bodywork in place, the new LAND Moto District ADV becomes even more of a standout, while enhancing overall comfort and reducing riding fatigue.
LAND High Viz Lighting Signature
With rider safety top of mind, LAND’s High Viz lights are designed specifically to be seen by others on the road and off. Morphing LAND’s iconic lighting signature for a more rugged platform, it doesn’t just look great, but it brings the rider into the light. Hazards on the trail sooner are seen sooner with brighter lighting and wider beam patterns.
A New Full-Color TFT Display
With a new larger full-color TFT dashboard, the LAND Moto District ADV provides clear, concise, and detailed information about the District ADV’s condition, battery state of charge, speed, and more. With crystal-clear and bright backlighting, the rider will always be fully apprised of everything they need to know to keep pushing on the trails or on the street.
LAND Moto District ADV Ascent Edition
Just thirty limited-production ADV Ascent Edition models will be built on a first-come-first-served basis. Separating this premium model from its standard production siblings is custom lightweight and attractive forged-carbon Aeromax bodywork, with gold anodized finish LAND X Spoke wheels. Ascent Edition models will also receive an improved "Super District" tune, providing a 13% boost in maximum torque, improved throttle mapping, and more aggressive regenerative braking.
Pre-orders for the 2026 LAND Moto District ADV are open now with a $100 deposit ($500 for Ascent Edition). Pre-order customers will receive first-in-line access to the hottest electric motorcycle of 2026, as well as access to a $1,000 early rider rebate**. The first 30 District ADV models will be built as limited production Ascent Edition models, which will ship Q1 2026, just in time for the spring riding season, with an MSRP of $12,700. Series production ADV models have an expected ship date later in Q2, with an MSRP of $11,200.
