REFUND & WARRANTY RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Warranty Return Policy describes our general product return policies. This section provides our general terms only and shall not be considered legally binding. LAND reserves the right to modify or make exceptions to this policy at any time, including as needed to comply with local laws of individual jurisdictions.
MOTORCYCLES / ELECTRIC VEHICLES
1.1. Deposits on motorcycles are non-refundable.
1.2. Prior to assembly, the refund/cancellation restocking fee is 8% of the purchase price.
1.3. After assembly has started, the refund/cancellation restocking fee is 50% of the purchase price.
1.4. Once your motorcycle is built, it is fully non-refundable and not returnable (except in accordance with the LAND warranty policy).
1.5 Please allow up to 60 days to receive a refund.
1.6 The terms of any financing arrangement between you and a third-party financing company used to purchase LAND products shall supersede and may further limit the LAND refund policy. Please see the terms and conditions of your financing arrangements.
1.7 We do not refund financing charges or fees, as LAND is not the entity collecting those charges and fees.
BATTERIES & ACCESSORIES
1.1. Batteries and accessories are fully prepaid and are non-refundable.

MOTORCYCLES / ELECTRIC VEHICLES
1.1. Once your motorcycle is built, it is fully non-refundable and may not be returned other than in accordance with an eligible, approved warranty claim pursuant to the LAND manufacturer’s warranty policy.
1.2. We do not accept returns on vehicles after the MCO (Manufacturers Certificate of Origin) has been assigned in the consumer’s name, other than under an eligible, approved warranty claim.
1.3. We do not accept returns after a vehicle has been delivered, other than under an eligible, approved warranty claim. Certain states do not allow restrictions on the return of new vehicles within a defined timeframe.
1.4. WARRANTY RETURN: The decision to accept or reject a warranty return is at the sole discretion of LAND. Warranty return shipping is the financial responsibility of the original retail purchaser. Proof of product registration and an original purchase receipt is required for valid warranty claims and return requests.

This Warranty Policy describes our general product warranty. This section provides our general warranty terms only and shall not be considered legally binding. 1.1. Warranty. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations herein, LAND warrants the original retail purchaser of the motorcycle that the motorcycle, chassis and battery will be free of defect in material or workmanship under normal use and service for 2 years from the date of delivery (the “Bike Warranty”). LAND warrants to the original retail purchaser that your battery will maintain a 70% of higher capacity for at least 500 charge cycles or 2 years, whichever comes first (the “Battery Warranty”). The Bike Warranty and Battery Warranty cover defects that were present at the time of delivery of the motorcycle and/or battery and covers the physical battery, chassis, motor, braking system (excluding pads), controller, display and sensors, as applicable; provided, however, that like any rechargeable battery, your rechargeable battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. The LAND warranties do not cover abuse, quick wear parts, crashing, incorrectly maintenance or service of the product, damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, drop or fall damage, weathering of parts, or such other misuse or normal wear and deterioration. We reserve the right to request video, photo or written documentation of any defect claimed, and the right to accept or reject any warranty claim at any time.
1.2. Exceptions. Under certain circumstances, some jurisdictions don't permit the disclaimers in Section 1.1 so they may not apply to you. However, the disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You may have other statutory rights and nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights or rights under mandatory laws. The duration of statutorily required warranties, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
1.3 Limitations. Upon approval of a warranty claim, LAND will, at is sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective part or product. Any other remedy, such as compensation for damages of any kind or loss of use, is expressly excluded from coverage under all LAND warranties. LAND warranties only apply to the original and first owner of the motorcycle and/or battery and to use of the product in accordance with its intended purpose, without modification, tampering, or installation of third-party parts, accessories or electrical or mechanical components, or rental use and operation of the product.
1.4 Disputes. All disputes arising out of or in any way related to the LAND warranties will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Cleveland, Ohio in according with the JAMS consumer arbitration rules and procedures.
