This Return Policy describes general product return policies we make. This section is for general terms only and shall not be considered legally binding, as so one policy can not possibly cover every country and region globally. Please refer to the policies and laws in your home country.
1.1. Refund on Credit Card Purchase: If a refund is requested before a vehicle or battery is built, our recovery cost is 5% on credit card transactions, and no more than 10% on payment plans.
1.2. Refund on Financed Product: We can not refund money on product that has been financed, as we are not a bank, and we do not offer financing directly.
1.1. We do not accept returns on vehicles after the MCO (Manufacturers Certificate of Origin) has been assigned in the consumer’s name.
1.2. We do not accept returns after a vehicle has been built for a customer.
1.3. We do not accept returns after a vehicle has been delivered. Certain states do not allow restrictions on the return of new vehicles within a defined timeframe.
1.4. Products: The decision to accept or reject a return is at the sole discretion of LAND. We do generally accept returns on product, as long as the product is no more than 30 days since old, and it is in new / unused condition in the original packaging. Shipping is the financial responsibility of the consumer. Our 5% recovery and repackaging fee applies to all returns.
1.5. Batteries: We do not accept returns on batteries.

1.1. We warranty our product to be free of defect, manufactured or delivered. Our warranty is 2 years vehicle and chassis. The warranty does not cover abuse, quick wear parts, crashing, incorrectly maintenance or services product. We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim.
1.2. Exceptions. Under certain circumstances, some jurisdictions don't permit the disclaimers in Section 1.1 so they may not apply to you. However, the disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You may have other statutory rights and nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights or rights under mandatory laws. The duration of statutorily required warranties, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
