We are in the process of making final production / manufacturing / tooling changes and acquiring parts for our first 50 DISTRICT models.

BRAKES
Magura is a product innovator in the manufacturing space. Their calipers are no exception. The Front caliper has been upgraded to a 2-piston design with amazing feel, and power. The rear caliper is a single piston design, with a larger piston diameter than the prototype system.
REAR SUSPENSION
The DISTRICT will feature an exclusive Fox Factory - Factory Series model rear shock. The Rear Air Shock features a High-performance, velocity-sensitive, shimmed damping system. built using 6061-T6 aluminum for lightweight and strength. The chromed damper shaft is super-finished for low friction and long seal life.
Fully rider adjustable to your preference. We’re really excited about this one!
BARS + THROTTLE
We have upgraded the production bars to Magura X-Line Bulged Alloy. The new bars are light, stable and reduce rider fatigue. The finish is ball burnished.
Our electric throttle is by Magura, delivering precise throttle input, for a smooth linear output.
A little more relaxed, confident rider postion!
CHASSIS
We have moved the production of our chassis closer to our factory in Cleveland. We are extending the vehicle by 26mm, to better accommodate larger riders, and provide a more planted ride. Seat height still stays low, for flat foot comfort while at a stop.

We’d like to take time to explain the basic concept behind LAND.
With LAND, we are focusing on bringing manufacturing back to the U.S. with well-designed, high-quality, and unique products in the e-vehicle and mobile power market…that’s the elevator answer.
Bigger picture, we felt that the Cleveland brand didn’t fit our vision for an electric future and we wanted something entirely fresh that embodies the passion that drives us. The differentiation offers space to grow and new trails to blaze. We have exciting visions for the company with new surprises in store. We love the bright future of LAND…we hope you do to!
Our initial launch product is the DISTRICT. We have multiple products in the pipeline along with accessories, apparel, and plenty of secrets tucked away. More to come, join us on our journey with LAND!
